Supply Chain Process Re-engineering Intern

Role Overview: 

As a Supply Chain Process Re-engineering intern at LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic, you will have the unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in one of the largest and most prestigious cosmetic companies in the world. Your primary role will be to support Southeast Asia team through data and report analysis and optimization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize supply chain reporting. Depending on your capacity to learn and adapt, there may also be opportunities for you to take on ad hoc data-driven projects, allowing you to showcase your analytical skills and creativity. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Data Crunching: Utilize data analysis tools and software to process and analyze large sets of data, identifying trends and patterns with Power BI that facilitate decision-making. 

2. Communication and Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments, to ensure alignment with business goals. 

3. Master Data Processing: Accurately input and maintain data, create report and propose optimization. 

4. Process Documentation and Improvement: Identify, recommend and document process improvements to streamline sustainable operations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
