As SEA accelerates launch cadence and campaign complexity across all 7 markets, we are strengthening regional execution leadership.

The Senior Marketing Executive serves as the regional campaign & operations lead, ensuring that strategies defined by the Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Product Manager are executed with precision, discipline and commercial impact.

This role owns execution governance, cross-market coordination, operational risk control and performance reporting while gaining structured exposure to campaign planning, commercial analysis and regional strategy development.

 

YOUR MISSION_________

REGIONAL CAMPAIGN GOVERNANCE & EXECUTION LEADERSHIP

  • Own end-to-end execution tracking across 7 SEA markets
  • Enforce timeline discipline and campaign readiness standards
  • Translate launch frameworks into actionable market toolkits
  • Identify execution gaps and propose corrective actions
  • Escalate risks early to Product Manager / Regional Lead

This role is accountable for ensuring that no campaign fails due to execution gaps.

PR OPERATIONS & ACTIVATION CONTROL

  • Lead regional PR kit deployment, influencer seeding logistics and campaign activation coordination (priority focus: Thailand)
  • Manage vendor sourcing, quotations, production timelines and delivery
  • Monitor PR deliverables and support performance recap
  • Ensure brand consistency and cost discipline across all PR executions

GWP & CAMPAIGN MECHANICS DEPLOYMENT

  • Support development and operational rollout of GWPs aligned to campaign objectives
  • Manage vendor negotiations, production milestones and allocation tracking
  • Monitor A&P spending for assigned projects and flag budget deviations
  • Track conversion impact and recommend optimisation opportunities

REGIONAL PERFORMANCE & COMMERCIAL EXPOSURE

  • Consolidate sell-in and sell-out reporting across SEA
  • Support post launch recaps and campaign performance diagnostics
  • Identify performance patterns, risks and commercial opportunities
  • Track competitor visibility, mechanics, price positioning and GWPs (e.g. Sephora and key retailers)
  • This role provides analytical exposure in preparation for future product management leadership

SUPPLY RISK & OPERATIONAL CONTROL

  • Own SEA weekly Supply Alert governance
  • Consolidate OOS risks and launch delays
  • Liaise with Supply Chain and markets to mitigate disruption
  • Assess supply impact on retailer commitments and campaign ROI

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT EXPOSURE

  • Participate in launch planning discussions
  • Contribute insights to campaign optimisation conversations
  • Support preparation of retailer decks and regional business reviews
  • Gain structured exposure to assortment and planning discussions
