YOUR MISSION _________
The Regional Assistant Digital Manager will work in Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to develop and execute digital initiatives within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, digital content, paid media, KOL) across the region, whilst ensuring brand image excellence.
You will guide the TR markets to maximize marketing and trade plans with a 360° digital approach, while also being responsible for scalable efficiency in rollout of clear guidelines, localized content creation, follow through and meticulous reporting of digital performance for optimization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES _________
E-RETAIL, WECHAT MINI PROGRAM & DIGITAL CONTENT
- Be the digital brand guardian to ensure all markets respect institutional guidelines for Dior e-corners and all digital content, inclusive of Wechat mini program
- Plan and execute e-merchandizing calendar and Wechat mini program calendar aligning with Category, VM and market teams on star launches and on-counter animations
- Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, landing pages) to formats needed for digital projects and ensure proper execution
- Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of content (banners, pack shots, landing pages) for markets according to online platforms’ varying specifications and work with market teams for perfect online execution monthly
- Manage online product listings and de-listings per marketing calendar and maintain a regional Masterfile with new product information containing all e-retailer-relevant languages or translations
- Support in E-retail assessments and work closely with Central E-retail team and market teams on execution of any approved e-corner upgrades, openings or closings
E-TRADE AMPLIFICATION FOR KEY TRAVEL SEASONS & MEGA EVENTS
- Collaborate with market and Trade teams, retailers, and external agencies to develop, execute, and optimize creative and impactful KOL and paid media campaigns, leading all necessary validations needed with Central teams to ensure an elevated brand image in line with brand guidelines
- Manage retro planning and end-to-end execution of campaigns, from launch to KPI tracking
- Manage media content preparation, execution and in-campaign optimizations with media agency
- Prepare briefing kits for KOL campaigns and lead market and/or Training teams for KOL event flow and onsite support to ensure perfect shoot execution
- Monitor the campaign performance, track KPIs and prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings for continual optimization
OTHER TASKS
- Report on best practices, trends, and activities within TR digital landscape, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media and omnichannel
- Assist the Digital Manager in the budget planning and business review presentations
- Manage purchase orders, invoices and administrative duties
- Support in driving the digital spirit and thinking across markets
