About your day-to-day:
You will join our AI/ML projects to contribute to the development and improvement of Hebrew text recognition technologies.
As a Software Engineer focused on ML pipelines, your mission will be to apply your software engineering expertise to extend existing Python ML training pipelines, process Hebrew data, and improve model quality and performance.

• Inspect and analyze Hebrew text data extracted from printed or handwritten sources using internal tools.

• Extend and maintain Python-based pipelines for model training, evaluation and monitoring.

• Kick off and track training runs, review logs, and troubleshoot model performance.

• Perform failure analysis and contribute to model improvements.

• Manually test Hebrew recognizers and file bugs for identified issues.

• Write small unit tests or validation scripts (occasionally in Swift or Objective-C)

• Collaborate with engineers, linguists, and client-side teams to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.
