What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels—job boards, social media, networking events—to attract top-tier Tech professionals.

  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Business partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies.

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Metrics and compliance: Ensure you are hitting your metrics, adhere with legal standards and best practices to continually improve processes and uphold integrity.

  • Training and development:  Help build training for Hiring managers and other Recruiters

  • Continuous improvement: Strive to keep improving our processes and find smarter, more effective ways of working.
