About You
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who can build a complete go-to-market engine for a fast-growing AI services company. You understand how to turn positioning, messaging, content and campaigns into measurable revenue impact. You thrive in environments where the narrative evolves quickly and where listening to clients and adapting fast is essential.
You know how to define ICPs, build and test pitches, develop inbound and outbound funnels, and align Marketing tightly with Sales and company leadership. You can operate at both the strategic and execution levels, and you have a strong ability to translate market feedback into decisions around focus, offerings, brand, and pricing.
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
Define M47’s positioning in applied AI and establish a coherent narrative across the organisation.
Develop messaging frameworks for target ICPs, verticals and use cases.
Collaborate with Sales to refine the pitch based on real-world feedback and deal performance.Ensure that the website, content and all external-facing materials reflect a unified and compelling story.
Go-to-Market, Inbound and Outbound
Design differentiated inbound and outbound strategies that support pipeline creation.
Build a consistent inbound engine: content, SEO/SEM, events, PR, lead magnets and thought leadership.
Develop a fully structured outbound playbook, including ICP-specific messaging, sequences and assets.
Define and track KPIs across the full funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Client) and optimise continuously.
Offer Design, Packaging & Pricing
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to define clear entry-point AI offerings.
Test and iterate pricing models aligned with value, complexity and market expectations.
Ensure that services are articulated clearly and consistently across all materials and teams.
Brand, Competition & Trust
Define competitive landscape and positioning relative to consulting firms, boutiques and AI vendors.
Build brand awareness in targeted niches, strengthening credibility and differentiation.
Develop case studies, client stories and content that reinforce trust and authority in the market.
Partnerships & Alliances
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consultancies and ecosystem players.
Support co-marketing initiatives and joint events to expand reach and brand credibility.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and develop the current marketing resources, including the internal junior marketer.
Lead the relationship with the external marketing agency and ensure alignment with strategy.
Propose and build the future Marketing team structure as the function scales.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, SLT and Sales team to align priorities, learn from deals and adapt GTM.
