We’re looking for a Head of Secure Document Sharing Platform to take ownership of SigBox and help scale it as a true growth business. This is an opportunity for someone who can take a product to market, build momentum, and win customers. SigBox is live with real customers and your role is to turn it into a repeatable growth engine.
This role is based in our Sydney office with a hybrid work arrangement. There will be some occasional travel to our Canberra office required.

What you'll be doing
- Build and run the SigBox GTM strategy and execution rhythm
- Own the P&L, pricing and commercial model
- Define product positioning and market messaging
- Turn website and inbound into a pipeline engine
- Enable sales teams with playbooks and tools
- Engage directly in customer conversations and deals
- Drive Government customer acquisition and growth
- Build the team and capability over time
Experience and Skills required:
- 7-10+ years in B2B product, product marketing, growth, commercial or GTM roles (SaaS / cyber / digital products)
- Strong SME in SigBox or similar secure document sharing platform, specialised in leading product growth and sales enablement
- Experience with secure file sharing, data rooms, collaboration platforms or adjacent cyber products
- Proven track record improving website messaging / funnel and turning inbound demand into measurable pipeline
- Hands on sales experience building and supporting sales people in field along with enablement packs and sales collateral
- Experience running workshops, aligning stakeholders and driving execution to deadlines.
- Strong commercial mindset (pricing, margin, pipeline)
- Ability to sell and influence without being a commission-driven seller
- Proven ability to take a product to market and scale it
- Comfortable operating end-to-end (strategy to execution)
Desirable Experience and Skills
- Experience shaping pricing / packaging, discount guardrails and expansion motions for MRR
- Experience launching internal adoption programs within large organisations
- Sales Management skills
