  • Prepare, review, and finalise artwork files (FA) to ensure technical accuracy and readiness for production or publishing.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketing managers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Support ongoing design requests including resizing, layout adjustments, and format adaptations for digital and offline use.
  • Ensure all outputs meet the brand’s visual standards, compliance requirements, and platform specifications.
  • Maintain and organise design libraries, templates, and assets for team-wide accessibility and consistency.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in design or FA production, ideally within a marketing agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects or Figma a plus).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with multimarket or regional creative adaptations is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
