Job Overview
Your Challenges
Lead the development of Makro and Makro PRO’s commercial campaigns’ (external customer promotion) communication by crafting impactful customer-facing messages, developing integrated content and creative assets in collaboration with the content and design teams, and driving channel strategy together with the media team. This role requires strong experience in content planning and management, as well as hands-on media operation and optimization, ensuring communication efforts deliver measurable business results.
- Develop and sharpen brand communication strategies and campaign messages across Makro’s core categories and brand initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end integrated marketing communication: from concept creation to content development with content/design teams, through to media execution and performance tracking with the media team.
- Ensure all content and creative assets are rooted in customer insights and data, delivering relevance and engagement across digital and offline channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration under tight deadlines while maintaining high execution standards.
- Conduct customer research and leverage data to inform content, creative direction, and media channel strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Measure, analyze, and report communication effectiveness, continuously optimizing for ROI and customer impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred.
- Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in marketing communication, campaign management, advertising agency, or retail/e-commerce business.
- Strong background in both content creation/management and media strategy/operations, with a deep understanding of the media ecosystem.
- Skilled at translating customer data and insights into creative communication strategies.
- Strong project management capability: able to plan, multi-task, and manage time under pressure.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools, media platforms, and performance measurement.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai & English preferred).
