Assistant Manager - Campaign Operation

We’re looking for a data-driven, business-oriented Assistant Manager to lead digital campaign execution and ensure seamless coordination across all teams. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign operations — from item list consolidation and mechanic setup to post-campaign reporting and homepage optimization. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, analytical, and proactive, with experience in online retail and a strong sense of ownership in driving both operational efficiency and platform improvement.
- Lead mass campaign’s digital execution (e.g., Double Day, Brand Day, and Seasonal Events) after confirm planning with Trade team until launch.
- Coordinate with Commercial Teams to consolidate campaign item lists, rankings, and category-specific requirements.
- Plan campaign execution timelines and deadlines to align with internal workflows and avoid cross-team delays.
- Record and set up campaign mechanics (point rewards, bundles, etc.) accurately in the system.
- Prepare and brief campaign artwork (AW) requirements to the Content Team with complete product and mechanic details.
- Coordinate with Tech team to ensure smooth campaign setup, testing, and issue resolution.
- Analyze campaign results and share category-level performance reports with Commercial Teams.
- Monitor and review Makro Pro homepage, providing recommendations for layout, product highlights, and content improvement to enhance user experience and campaign visibility.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, reports, and dashboards for team alignment.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements for faster, more efficient campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Campaign Management, or Online Retail Business.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Power BI or other BI tools is a plus).
- Experience in campaign setup, homepage management, or digital merchandising is preferred.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- English proficiency for cross functional team alignment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
