We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Receptionist to join our dynamic team!

Requirements

The Virtual Receptionist is responsible for managing the firm’s daily schedule, coordinating and confirming appointments, and ensuring professional communication with clients, prospects, and team members. This role combines administrative support with customer service and requires strong attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent time management.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in legal or administrative settings).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Calendar, Excel, Monday, Slack.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Intermediate English level (minimum B2).
  • Availability to work EST hours, weekends, and rotating shifts.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
