Endoscopy Technician - Midtown Endoscopy & Surgical Center

Midtown Endoscopy & Surgical Center is searching for an endoscopy technician to join our Gastroenterology team. The endoscopy technician will assist with the Endoscopy room and patient preparation, processing instrumentation, patient transport and other related duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during endoscopic procedures.

• Cleaning, disinfecting and reprocessing endoscopes and associated accessories.

• Handle and maintain instruments and equipment accordingly.

• Perform safety checks to verify proper equipment functioning.

• Restock rooms, linens, supplies.

• Assists with the collection of specimens and prepares specimens for cytology, microbiology, and pathology.
