Immigration Attorney
FullTimeJob Overview
About the job
Manifest is a revolutionary law firm built by lawyers, for lawyers. With our law-firm-in-a-box solution, we’re reimagining legal practice from the ground up—no billable hour targets, no firm politics, no profit-at-all-costs mindset. Just world-class lawyers doing their best work in service of justice and client outcomes.
We bring together the best legal talent in the country—lawyers who left Big Law and traditional firms to re-center themselves on what truly matters: mastery, purpose, and impact. At Manifest, you’ll be supported by cutting-edge legal ops, modern infrastructure, and a community of elite peers so you can focus on fighting for your clients while doing well for yourself.
The Role
This is not a traditional associate role. It’s an opportunity to run your own practice within Manifest’s infrastructure. You’ll have the autonomy to manage and strategize cases the way you believe they should be run, while leveraging our technology, sales engine, marketing, and operational support.
You’ll own your outcomes. You’ll communicate directly with clients. You’ll build systems. And as your caseload grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage your own team of paralegals and junior attorneys.
This role is best suited for a high-trust, high-accountability attorney who thrives in autonomy and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in every aspect of the case process.
If you’ve ever wanted to build your own immigration practice — without the risk and overhead of doing it alone — this is that opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Own and lead business immigration cases from strategy to approval
Focus heavily on EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petitions
Draft, review, and file high-quality petitions and supporting documentation
Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for your clients
Collaborate closely with Manifest’s intake, sales, and operations teams
Manage paralegals and junior attorneys as your practice grows
Communicate consistently and proactively with clients and internal teams
Contribute to revenue growth and be rewarded directly for it
Who This is For
This role is designed for attorneys who:
Want meaningful autonomy and decision-making authority
Are comfortable operating independently and taking full ownership of results
Have a builder mindset and want to grow something long-term
Are highly communicative and responsive
Are not above drafting, revising, organizing exhibits, or solving bottlenecks
Thrive in high-trust environments with minimal micromanagement
Want their compensation to reflect the revenue they generate
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience practicing immigration law
Strong focus on business immigration, especially: EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases
Proven success drafting and filing complex petitions
Excellent writing and client communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Willingness to obtain Arizona bar admission upon joining
What We Offer
Full-time, fully remote position
Competitive base compensation
Performance-based bonus tied directly to revenue generated
No billable hour quotas
No requirement to generate your own leads
Full infrastructure support: technology, marketing, intake, billing, operations
Opportunity to build and lead your own team
You’re not joining as a cog in a machine. You’re building a practice inside ours.
