Job Description:
- Create, edit, and publish content across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Content must be diverse and engaging rather than repetitive templates that become boring after 12 weeks
- Use Google AI tools (Gemini, Imagen, AI Studio) for content ideation, creation, and optimisation.
- Repurpose long-form video into short-form media tailored for international audiences.
- Maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with campaign goals.
- Apply AI-driven SEO insights to improve search visibility.
- Design high-quality graphics, videos, and captions aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor analytics and provide data-driven recommendations monthly.
- Collaborate with leadership for storytelling aligned to strategic business goals.
- Capable of producing content for both client attraction and applicant recruitment across different platforms
- Content strategy targets different platforms for specific purposes: LinkedIn and YouTube for client attraction and brand building, while TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook focus on applicant recruitment for their training company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation.
- Creative with strong AI tool capabilities who can manage LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channels
- Experience in professional/business copywriting (British English) is highly preferred
- Proven ability to grow and engage audiences internationally.
- Knowledgeable in using Hubspot
- Proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Must have a social media candidate portfolios that showcase content created within the last 6 months to demonstrate current AI tool proficiency.
