Job Overview
- Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.)
- Scheduling & confirming pick up's
- Follow up on interline requested pick up's
- Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met
- Assisting sales
- This is a remote position reporting to the Head Office in Gore Bay
- This is a Monday-Friday Shift from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
