Agent Infra Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an Agent Infra Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company's core business systems, contributing to system architecture design, and driving the implementation of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain the company's core business systems.

• Participate in system architecture design, formulate technical solutions, and drive their implementation.

• Conduct server-side development using a multi-language technology stack (Python, Golang, Node.js).

• Be responsible for the construction and maintenance of the observability platform, implementing distributed tracing.

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure product quality.

• Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Participate in technology selection and code reviews to enhance the technical level of the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficient in at least two of the following: Python, Golang, or Node.js, with a solid understanding of their characteristics and application scenarios.

• Observability: Familiar with the OpenTelemetry (OTel) framework, with practical experience in distributed tracing, metrics collection, and log aggregation.

• Automated Testing: Familiar with end-to-end testing frameworks such as Playwright, and capable of writing stable and reliable automated test scripts.

• Browser Principles: In-depth understanding of browser工作机制, including the rendering engine, JavaScript engine, and network protocols.

• Linux Environment: Proficient in using the Linux operating system, with shell scripting skills and server operation and maintenance experience.
