Job Overview

The Marketing Insights & Automation Analyst shall turn marketing data into decisions by building trusted dashboards, attributing pipeline/revenue, and optimizing campaigns and automation.

  • Build/own Power BI dashboards for full-funnel performance (traffic → MQL → SQL → Opps → Revenue), with automated refresh and clear commentary.
  • Maintain HubSpot hygiene: lifecycle stages, lead scoring, UTMs, campaign setup, workflows, sales handoff triggers, and attribution.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs (CAC, MQL/SQL conversion, win rate, pipeline coverage, cohort retention).
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment across HubSpot → (Salesforce, if used) → Power BI; run monthly data audits.
  • Produce exec-ready monthly/quarterly insight packs with trends, risks, recommendations, and forecast.
  • Run controlled experiments (A/B) and quantify impact; partner with Sales/Finance on pipeline and revenue attribution.
  • Train stakeholders on dashboards and best practices; drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any Discipline or Equivalent
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing is desirable
  • Shipping background (but not necessary)
  • Functional knowledge of any CRM tool
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in B2B prospecting and lead generation for a field sales team.
  • Experience in working with prospect and customer data.
  • Proven ability to hit lead generation targets.
  • Preferably in SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
  • Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modelling, incremental refresh, row-level security, parameters).
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM (workflows, campaigns, UTMs, lead scoring, lists/segments, forms).
  • Strong SQL/Excel; marketing analytics; attribution models (FT/MT/LT, position-based, data-driven).
  • Clear written storytelling with data; stakeholder management.
  • Salesforce familiarity (objects, fields, reports);
  • Python for automation; GA4; marketing mix modelling basics.
