Client is looking to transform its budgeting process.
The IIT Budget Tooling initiative aims to replace the current Excel-based budgeting process with a collaborative, scalable solution built on Anaplan.
The new tool will enhance visibility for Tribe Leaders, support multi-user collaboration, and integrate financial controls and dashboards.
This transformation addresses the fragility and manual nature of the existing process, reducing dependency on a single resource and enabling better governance and scalability.
The project kicked off in August, entered the build phase in October, and aims for Business Go-Live in February.
Client needs to strengthen our technical and functional capabilities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
