About the role
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join long-term enterprise banking projects delivered in structured development environments. You will work on complex business applications, cooperating closely with Analysts, QA Engineers and Product stakeholders.
This role is dedicated to experienced developers (5+ years) who value clean code, testing, good architectural practices and high engineering standards.
Work model: Remote-first with scheduled on-site team meetings (2 days per month in Warsaw).
Office presence is focused on team alignment, planning sessions and direct collaboration.
