Job Overview

You will be responsible for: 

  • Managing and responding to donor communications.
  • Record and respond to written returns. 
  • Manage and update gift aid donor database accurately and effectively.
  • Maintaining records and systems in accordance with the requirements of the retail team, including SharePoint and Vantage, to ensure efficient management of information
  • Building and maintaining relationships both with external and internal stakeholders. 

Key Criteria:

  • Excellent Organisational Skills with Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to organise own workload to meet changing deadlines
  • Responsible and reliable, with the ability to work without supervision
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages, word, excel, PowerPoint, Email, and internet
  • Emotional intelligence and creative problem solver
  • Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
