What's in it for you:
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band £26,696 - £28,988 pro rata (aligned with AFC) + Island Allowance and generous enhancements
Contract: Permanent 22.5 hours per week
Based: Community Based – Orkney, Scotland

What we’re looking for:
Experience in a health or social care setting, ideally with palliative or end-of-life care
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
A kind, empathetic approach and excellent communication skills
Ability to support personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort needs
Willingness to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
Commitment to upholding dignity, respect, and patient choice
