Retail Sustainability & Contracts Lead

You will be responsible for:
- Leading and implementing sustainability initiatives across the retail estate, supporting our environmental objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve recycling and promote circular economy practices.
- Managing key retail contracts, ensuring performance, compliance and value for money.
- Monitoring supplier performance using KPIs and service level agreements.
- Building strong relationships and work collaboratively with Retail Operations, Property, Finance, Procurement and external stakeholders.
- Analysing data and produce reports that demonstrate the impact of sustainability initiatives and contract performance.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
Key Criteria:
- Experience in managing commercial or operational contracts in a charity environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental best practice or circular economy initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail with strong communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for delivering positive change.
