Fire Door Trainer
Location: Hemel Hempstead & London (with travel across the South of the UK)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexibility required)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Company Car

Join Hydro-X Training, one of the UK’s leading Health, Safety & Compliance training providers and a proud part of Marlowe Environmental Services. We’re on the lookout for a Fire Door Trainer to deliver high-quality, compliance-led training to professionals across the South of the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering expert fire door training and assessments to industry professionals.
- Supporting the Training Manager and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless course delivery.
- Travelling to client sites, primarily in the South of England, to provide practical, hands-on instruction.
- Representing Hydro-X Training with professionalism and technical excellence.
Requirements
What are the requirements:
- Solid experience as a Supervisor or Project Manager in fire door installation and maintenance.
- A hands-on background as a qualified carpenter/joiner.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and legislative requirements.
- A passion for training others and improving safety standards across the industry.
