Head, Marketing & Events (UAE National - Only)

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing & Events to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is exclusively for UAE Nationals. As the Head of Marketing & Events, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing high-profile events that align with our organization's goals and enhance our brand presence in the UAE market.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Lead and manage a team of marketing and events professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of major corporate events and marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing and events budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and integrate emerging technologies into marketing efforts
• Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with UAE regulations and cultural sensitivities
• Report on marketing and event performance metrics to senior leadership
