We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end payroll operations across a multi-state workforce. In this role, you’ll ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. You’ll partner closely with HR, Accounting, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, resolve issues, and continuously improve payroll processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and on time

Validate payroll data, including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings

Ensure all payroll inputs are approved, accurate, and compliant prior to processing

Audit payroll reports and make adjustments as needed to maintain data integrity

Manage and upload EIBs within Workday to support payroll and HR data updates

Partner with HR to ensure accurate employee data (new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes)

Support special payroll cycles, including bonuses and year-end adjustments

Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, taxes, PTO, garnishments, and pay discrepancies

Reconcile payroll tax liabilities and partner with third-party vendors to resolve issues

Collaborate with Accounting on payroll allocations and reporting needs

Prepare payroll funding reports for Treasury

Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws and payroll regulations

Contribute to process improvements and support additional payroll-related projects as needed
We Could Be a Match If You Have

2–3 years of payroll experience, ideally supporting multi-state payroll

Working knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and wage and hour laws

Experience with Workday (or similar HRIS/payroll systems)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information

Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working across Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
