Technical Prod Mgmt Specialist - I&O

Position Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Project Lead to lead strategic technology initiatives across our IT infrastructure and services landscape. The I&O PM will be responsible for the successful delivery of infrastructure projects including data center upgrades, server/network transformations, cloud integrations, enterprise systems rollouts, and operational process improvements.  This individual must be willing to work onsite 4 days a week in Hyderabad and collaborate during some US EST working hours. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Leadership & Execution 

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of I&O projects—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. 

• Develop detailed project plans that include scope, schedule, cost, resource, and risk management. 

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and performance benchmarks. 

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure modernization or cloud transformation programs. 

• Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams. 

• Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management in an I&O context. 

Technical Coordination 

• Work closely with infrastructure engineers, cloud architects, network specialists, and operations teams to coordinate system deployments, migrations, and upgrades. 

• Manage interdependencies between infrastructure, application teams, and external vendors. 

Stakeholder Management 

• Engage with internal stakeholders (IT Ops, Security, Finance, Procurement, Compliance) to ensure alignment of project goals with business and technical requirements. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, progress updates, and issue resolution. 

Risk & Issue Management 

• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and operational impacts. 

• Lead troubleshooting efforts and escalate issues as needed to ensure minimal disruption to infrastructure services. 

Reporting & Governance 

• Maintain accurate documentation of project artifacts, including project charters, RAID logs, change control, and post-project reviews. 

• Provide executive-level reporting on status, milestones, financials, and strategic impacts.
