Manager Quality

Key Responsibilities
•    Define and own the global testing strategy and roadmap for supply chain transformation initiatives (ERP, planning, logistics, manufacturing, quality, distribution).
•    Build, manage, and lead a global team of test leads, analysts, and automation engineers; provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
•    Partner with program managers, product owners, solution architects, and supply chain operations to align on requirements, risks, dependencies, and quality expectations.
•    Oversee end-to-end test planning and execution, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT phases.
•    Establish and enforce testing standards, tools, templates, and methodologies across all teams and vendors.
•    Drive test environment and test data management; ensure environments are fit for purpose, stable, and controlled.
•    Manage vendor testing activities, ensuring alignment with Mattel’s standards and program goals.
•    Own the defect management process: tracking, prioritization, escalation, reporting, and closure.
•    Report regularly to executive stakeholders on test metrics, quality status, risks, and readiness.
•    Champion continuous improvement: expand automation, optimize test cycles, and drive innovation in testing approaches.
•    Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry regulations (e.g., toy safety, manufacturing compliance).
