About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our eCommerce development team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing web-based commerce platforms to ensure performance, usability, and reliability across browsers and devices. You’ll leverage SmartBear test tools (e.g., TestComplete, SoapUI, LoadNinja, BitBar) and other automated/manual testing methods to identify issues before they reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for eCommerce websites and APIs.
• Use SmartBear tools such as TestComplete, SoapUI, and LoadNinja to perform UI, functional, performance, and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and DevOps to identify defects, reproduce bugs, and validate fixes.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
• Ensure that web pages comply with performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
