We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise to lead our development team, design and automate solutions, implement predictive intelligence and Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, designing data models, delivering scalable solutions, and guiding developers while working closely with clients and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ServiceNow specialists on development projects and BAU activities.
- Design and develop workflows to expand automation, implement integrations and solve technical Debts.
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to junior developers.
- Translate client requirements into workable solutions, including creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Create and maintain platform implementation roadmaps while providing hands-on support for detailed design and implementation.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, solution architects, and delivery managers to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Overall 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Features:
Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workspaces, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Agents and Proficiency in CSDM framework.
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
