Job Overview

The HR Employee Services Analyst LATAM provides operational support and direct employee service across Mexico and other Latin American countries. The role aims to ensure a positive employee experience through benefits administration, vendor coordination, and support in informative engagement initiatives. The analyst works closely with local and regional teams. Tools such as Oracle, Coupa, and Workday are used to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Mattel's global standards.

What Your Impact Will Be

  • Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with external HR service providers, ensuring timely PO creation, invoice tracking, contract compliance, accurals control and service quality.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including tracking employee enrollment and removal from insurance policies and other benefits across Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.
  • Provide direct support to employees, addressing inquiries related to benefits, internal processes, and HR policies.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of reports from Oracle and Coupa as part of internal audits, supporting account tracking and budget optimization for the HR area.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to employee services.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Actively support engagement initiatives, including internal surveys and informational events about employee benefits to strengthen the connection between employees and Mattel’s value proposition.
