[FW] Factory Worker

A factory worker performs manual and machine-assisted tasks on the production floor to help manufacture, assemble, and package products in a safe and efficient way.​

Core responsibilities

• Operate basic factory machinery or work on an assembly line to produce or assemble parts according to instructions and production standards.​

• Inspect products during and after production, remove defective items, and complete simple quality checks to ensure items meet specifications.​

• Package finished goods, label them correctly, and prepare them for storage or shipment while keeping the work area clean and organized.​

Safety and work environment

• Follow all safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment, and immediately report hazards, equipment issues, or accidents to supervisors.​

• Maintain machines and tools in good condition by performing basic cleaning and routine checks and notifying maintenance teams when problems arise.​

• Work as part of a production team to meet daily output targets while maintaining quality and minimizing waste or rework.
