Job Overview

A sales executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue by promoting and selling a company’s products or services.​

Core responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and online outreach.​

  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, handle questions and objections, and highlight the value proposition.​

  • Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare proposals or quotations, and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.​

Client management and reporting

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing after-sales support, gathering feedback, and exploring upsell or cross-sell opportunities.​

  • Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in CRM tools, and regularly update sales reports and forecasts for management.​
