About the role  

We have a great opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Melbourne office in our Work Injuries team. You will guide our clients through their impairment benefits claims. This is a full time role and offers the opportunity to work on meaningful and challenging cases alongside a team of specialised lawyers committed to ensuring access to justice. With a diverse client base, you'll gain valuable experience and benefit from excellent career development opportunities.

In this role, you'll be continuously learning and developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a legal support role as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, or Paralegal
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in this area of law
