SaaS Project Manager (Implementation and Delivery)
Contractor / 1099Job Overview
SaaS Project Manager (Implementation & Delivery)
We’re looking for a SaaS Project Manager to lead client implementations from onboarding to go-live—and make sure what we deliver actually works in the real world.
This is not a “status update” role.
You’ll be responsible for turning a SaaS platform into a fully operational system inside a client’s business.
If you’ve ever looked at a “configured” system and thought “this will never work”—you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own client onboarding and implementation from kickoff to go-live
- Translate real-world operations into system workflows that actually hold up
- Configure and structure systems based on client needs (not generic templates)
- Run implementation calls, gather requirements, and set clear expectations
- Identify gaps early and prevent broken setups before they go live
- Ensure adoption by building systems that teams can actually follow
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving
- Document processes and create repeatable implementation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing SaaS implementations or onboarding projects
- Strong understanding of workflows, operations, and system design
- Ability to push back when something won’t work (not just “deliver what was asked”)
- High attention to detail—especially in configuration and process flow
- Comfortable owning timelines, pressure, and client expectations
- Clear communicator—you can simplify complex systems for non-technical users
Nice to Have
- Experience in CRM, field service, or operations platforms
- Background in RevOps, operations, or process design
- Exposure to automation tools, APIs, or integrations
What Success Looks Like
- Clients go live with systems that actually match how they operate
- Minimal rework post-launch
- High adoption (no workarounds, no bypassing)
- Clear, structured workflows that scale with the client
- Faster, cleaner implementations over time
Why This Role Matters
Anyone can “set up” software.
Very few people can make it work inside a real business.
That’s the difference between a tool and a product.
You’ll be responsible for closing that gap.
Target start date is ASAP
Role pays PHP1,080,000-PHP1,200,000 per year + commissions
