While some are optional, we would require your presence for certain team events and/or occasions.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, while learning how to ensure a fair and inclusive process.
Assist in maintaining and improving recruitment processes, gaining exposure to data-driven insights and best practices.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Help with talent research and basic market insights to support recruitment strategies.
Support candidate communication by scheduling interviews, sharing updates, and contributing to a positive candidate experience.
Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination in collaboration with People Ops, IT, and other teams.
Support employer branding initiatives such as events, partnerships, and career fairs.
