IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Support employee inquiries on People Operations-related topics
Assist in maintaining physical and digital personnel records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Help with administrative aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes
Learn to update HR databases and systems (e.g., Personio, ZEP);
Draft recommendation letters, job reference letters, and other employment attestations under guidance
Assist in preparing employment contracts and related documentation
Support Time & Attendance activities
Support Travel Management activities
Contribute to reports and presentations related to People Analytics for internal communications
Gain knowledge of national labor law and compliance guidelines
Support internal processes related to relocation, work permits, and residence permits for international employees
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and coordination with the external payroll provider
Participate in projects focused on process optimization and company culture
