IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Support employee inquiries on People Operations-related topics

• Assist in maintaining physical and digital personnel records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations

• Help with administrative aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes

• Learn to update HR databases and systems (e.g., Personio, ZEP);

• Draft recommendation letters, job reference letters, and other employment attestations under guidance

• Assist in preparing employment contracts and related documentation

• Support Time & Attendance activities

• Support Travel Management activities

• Contribute to reports and presentations related to People Analytics for internal communications

• Gain knowledge of national labor law and compliance guidelines

• Support internal processes related to relocation, work permits, and residence permits for international employees

• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and coordination with the external payroll provider

• Participate in projects focused on process optimization and company culture
