Purpose of the Role:

As a Car Parts Counter, you will join a passionate crew that will service and maintain our IndyCar for a high-performance, high-speed experience on the track. The right candidate will have a motorsport maintenance background, preferably with IndyCar (ideal), and will be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will work creatively in a team atmosphere while adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm in high pressure situations.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Monitor and re-order car parts, inventory, or other shop components/consumables

• Maintain inventory levels, keeping a log on Company systems such as excel and NetSuite

• Point person for parts orders, with oversight from the department Purchasing Manager

• Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

• Maintain orderly and cleanliness of parts room and upkeep of equipment and area

• Drive to local pick-up/drop-off locations as required
