Job Overview

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various channels. 

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. 

  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions. 

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing for ROI and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). 

  • Monitor campaign performance closely and make real-time adjustments as needed. 

  • Platform Expertise: 

  • Deep understanding of the nuances of each advertising platform (Meta, X, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.). 

  • Ability to leverage the latest platform features and updates to improve campaign performance. 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid advertising. 

  • Tracking & Measurement: 

  • Implement and maintain robust tracking systems using Google Tag Manager and data layers. 

  • Accurately track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLTV). 

  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. 

  • Reporting & Analysis: 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports and dashboards. 

  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. 

  • Analyze campaign performance trends and identify opportunities for growth. 

  • Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate closely with other marketing teams (e.g., content, creative, product) to ensure campaign alignment and success. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
