Job Purpose:
We’re hiring a Sales Manager in Egypt to lead and manage our Sales Development (SDR) and Business Development Consultant (BDC) teams. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building team capability, and ensuring targets are met in alignment with our GCC commercial strategy.
Part of your position requires your interaction directly with strong, international clients who come from multicultural and lignual backgrounds; your strong understanding of the product, company, sales objectives and communication influencing skills will be a critical success factor for your role!
What you will do in your role:
- Ensure consistent lead generation, qualification, and deal closure performance
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for the Commercial Director
- Coach and develop team members to improve conversion rates and revenue
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to optimize outbound campaigns
- Maintain a high standard of CRM usage and data accuracy
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing strategic deals
- Align Egypt’s sales activities with UAE and KSA market priorities
- Lead and manage the SDR and BDC teams in Egypt, through effective leadership, management and coaching skills that ensure fair and efficient enablement of organisational target achievements
