Performance and Growth Marketing Manager

Job Overview

The Performance & Growth Marketing Manager will lead mazeed’s marketing growth engine across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue expansion. This role combines strategic performance marketing with growth initiatives focused on user adoption, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV). 

 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Strategy & Leadership 

  • Develop and execute a holistic growth and performance marketing strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. 

  • Own key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention rate, activation rate, and active users. 

  • Work closely with the Content, Design, and Product teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business priorities. 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the performance and growth marketing team. 

  1. Acquisition & Funnel Optimization 

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across all paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive high-quality leads and sign-ups. 

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure smooth handover and conversion tracking across the funnel. 

  • Continuously test and optimize creatives, targeting, landing pages, and conversion flows to maximize ROI. 

  1. Growth & Retention 

  • Build and manage user activation and engagement campaigns through email, in-app messages, and marketing automation. 

  • Partner with Customer Success and Product to identify user drop-off points and launch retention experiments. 

  • Launch cross-sell, upsell, and referral initiatives to increase user lifetime value (LTV). 

  1. Data, Analytics & Experimentation 

  • Own marketing dashboards and performance reports; monitor and analyze KPIs weekly and monthly. 

  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.  

  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to uncover insights and inform growth strategies. 

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with the Design and Content teams on messaging, storytelling, and creative optimization. 

  • Work with Partnerships and Communications to support co-marketing initiatives that boost reach and engagement. 

  • Align with Finance and Management on budgeting, forecasting, and ROI reporting.
