Job Description: Brand Associate at MDLBEAST

The Brand Associate at MDLBEAST in the MARCOM & Content department plays a crucial role in supporting various aspects of brand management and campaign execution. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining updated records of campaign calendars, media plans, and creative assets for the segment.

• Scheduling and taking notes in cross-functional meetings; ensuring follow-ups are captured and communicated.

• Supporting budget tracking by logging expenses, PO requests, and vendor invoices for the segment.

• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for campaign needs.

• Helping prepare segment-specific plans, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with other teams.

• Supporting event-day tasks such as coverage, activations checks, and coordination with the content team.

• Assisting with data entry or campaign tagging for post-event analysis and reporting.
