Job Description: Stakeholder & Project Associate at MDLBEAST

MDLBEAST is looking for a Stakeholder & Project Associate to oversee stakeholder engagement, artist booking support, and operational project management within the Artist Booking department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that agreements with stakeholders are met and project objectives are achieved efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the music and entertainment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects in a dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects.

• Assist in tracking scope requirements and ensuring timely completion of key tasks.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for artist booking processes, coordinating with artists and agents under senior team guidance.

• Maintain positive relationships with artists, agents, and partners to enhance MDLBEAST's industry reputation.

• Collaborate with the production team to document and communicate artist requirements effectively.

• Work with the finance team to gather necessary documentation and assist in processing artist payment details.

• Organize elements of the artist hospitality program for a seamless and welcoming experience.

• Maintain updated records of bookings, communications, and changes, ensuring stakeholders are informed.

• Contribute to enhancing internal processes for artist booking and stakeholder coordination.

• Stay informed about music industry trends and support team efforts in providing competitive booking services.

• Attend meetings and industry events as required to assist senior team members in networking and relationship building.
