Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to liaise with customers to develop quality relationships that deliver exceptional satisfaction from key stakeholders. The role is key to supporting Cogent's continued strategic growth as a market leader in delivering Occupational Health Services. The right person will be self-directed, solution orientated, confident managing projects while delivering exceptional customer engagement for our range of return to work initiatives.
- The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience within the Return-to-Work sector and/or Occupational Health.
- This role is full time with hybrid working arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our stakeholders including maintaining account management plans for key clients
- Work collaboratively with the operational team and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet the specified KPI's and achieve annual budgeted revenue targets
- Contribute to the customer engagement requirements including coordination of marketing activities, conferences, marcomms and new customer enquiries.
- Contribute to and eventually lead customer project activities that include technology and product components.
