(PKT) Administration Assistant
Job Overview
The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with administrative/client services experience to join our team as the Client Support Manager.
📅 Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.
Your responsibilities include:
- All functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids
- Handling any client concerns & complaints
- Daily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, filing as required
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing bookings and cancellations
- Document management
- Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager
- Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
The hours:
⏳Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm
🤸Short-day Fridays (either finish at lunch or start at lunch)

What you will need to join the team:

To be considered for the position, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Great attention to detail
- Great attitude towards customer service and presentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Energetic, flexible and independent
- Understanding and respect of cultural diversity and differing abilities
- Assertive and patient communicator
