Project Manager

MedHealth are seeking a project manager, someone with a high level of initiative, a great communicator and collaborator, and a professional can-do approach, to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager – MedHealth Program Office the new role will:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation to successful completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Deliver projects and work with teams that may use a hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodology
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Work closely with technology squads, architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure technical solutions are feasible, aligned to architecture, and meet non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability)
• Understand technical designs, risks, and constraints sufficiently to challenge estimates, sequence work sensibly (e.g. environments, integrations), and remove technical blockers
• Act as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical tasks and technical issues into business impacts to drive value
• Execute the project according to the project plan in conjunction within the Stage Gate framework, IT and all stakeholders identified in the Statement of Work, Project Charter & Business Case
