As a well-established and trusted national provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we’re excited to be expanding into the Taree region with the opening of a brand-new clinic. This marks a meaningful milestone in our continued commitment to supporting NDIS participants in the local community.
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Taree and surrounding communities. As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of NDIS participants, delivering timely and high-quality therapeutic services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning using clinical observations and standardised tools.
- Interpret assessment findings to develop individualised, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that empower participants to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
- Support and mentor graduate and early career clinicians, fostering professional growth and development.
- Stay up to date with NDIS legislation and ensure all practices are compliant with current guidelines.
