Senior Marketing Communications Lead

As part of the MedHealth NDIS Services Division, you'll be supporting high-impact brands including Outcomes Connect Australia, and other specialist therapy providers – each dedicated to helping people with disability achieve their goals.
You’ll lead campaigns, shape strategy, and execute creative and effective marketing and communications that connect with a range of audiences including clinicians, participants and their families, referrers, and internal teams. This is a key role as we enter an exciting period of growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive the execution of our annual marketing and communications plans for Outcomes Connect Australia and other brands.
- Create high-quality content for digital and print – including socials, email, flyers, website and internal communications.
- Manage campaigns from end to end – briefing designers and agency partners, tracking performance, and refining along the way.
- Support internal engagement and culture-building communications.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and a supportive, tight-knit team.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, including time in a senior or lead role where you've juggled multiple priorities and audiences.
- A passion for creating engaging, on-brand content and campaigns.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Experience managing stakeholders and projects with confidence and care.
- Strong time management and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of the disability, healthcare or NDIS sector (ideal but not essential).
