Performance Executive (Entry-Level)
Job Overview
About the Role:
As a Performance Planning & Optimisation Executive, you will be an integral part of our Performance team, reporting directly to the Performance Planning & Optimisation Director. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the quality and innovation of our client accounts.
You will support the Director in developing and implementing cutting-edge cross-channel and full-funnel strategies and tactics. This includes assisting in the creation and refinement of internal frameworks and templates and ensuring their effective integration across our Initiative / UM & CS Teams (including Comms Design, Craft, and Analytics) and with external stakeholders.
You will excel in cross-channel reporting and insight generation, playing a key role in Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). This position involves attending briefing, strategy, and reporting sessions, where you will consult on critical topics such as cross-channel testing opportunities and full-funnel digital strategies and insights.
Working collaboratively with various team members, you will help deliver best-in-class performance results for our clients across a multitude of channels and partners. Therefore, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage deadlines are crucial.
We provide comprehensive training on all channels and tools. We prioritise a proactive, "can-do" attitude and independent thinking over prior experience with every skill. We're looking for opinionated individuals who are eager to contribute their ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track campaign performance, identify key trends or anomalies, and support senior team members in implementing effective optimizations.
Reporting & Insight Generation: Develop and maintain accurate reports using established templates, ensuring data integrity, and assisting in the generation of actionable insights.
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to understanding and maximizing client goals through the application of tactical strategies and technologies.
Team Collaboration & Coordination: Manage task trackers (e.g., Asana, Excel) to ensure timely completion of assignments and coordinate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Strategy, Media, Analytics).
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
- MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables & chart making.
- Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- An interest to begin your career in Digital Marketing
