Job Overview
- Effectively run plastic injection molding machines within safety and quality standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and identify safety problems and support solutions
- Pull and set molds from Injection Molding Machines and automation handling
- Support set up of auxiliary equipment and material supply to presses as needed
- Ensure molds are running within set parameters – Daily process verification
- Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues
- Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
- Identify quality defects and take corrective actions
- Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area
- Perform required quality checks
- Material handling to and from machine
