Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We’re looking for a passionate Mobile QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality mobile application. You’ll own the testing efforts for our new mobile product while occasionally supporting our web application initiatives.

As a Mobile QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for iOS and Android applications.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Appium.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Contribute to web application testing efforts when needed.
• Continuously improve testing processes and advocate for quality best practices.

Please apply if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
• Having worked in a dynamic, agile environment with minimal supervision,
• Experience with mobile test automation frameworks (Appium or similar).
• Solid understanding of mobile testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
• Familiarity with Gen-AI and AI-assisted testing tools.
• A creative and driven mindset with experience navigating through ambiguity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment,
• Perfect English skills; both written and oral,
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field of study,
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB or similar certification.
• Residence in Istanbul city center.

• This is a permanent-term contractor job opportunity with Medsien Inc.
• Due to in-person collaboration requirements, candidates based in Istanbul are preferred.
